About the International Conference
The British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT) is pleased to invite you to this premier event, the 22nd International Conference on Condition Monitoring and Asset Management (CM 2026).
The conference is being organised by BINDT in close partnership with the International Society for Condition Monitoring (ISCM) and the US Society for Machinery Failure Prevention Technology (MFPT). This combination of the efforts of these leading organisations creates one of the largest events of its kind at a truly international level and builds on the highly successful 21 international condition monitoring (CM) conferences organised by BINDT and the First World Congress on CM in 2017 organised by BINDT and ISCM.
BINDT has always recognised the importance of encouraging students to participate in this major international event. As a gesture to celebrate the 22nd international conference, the Institute will be providing sponsorship of student registrations in 2026, resulting in a reduction of fees for student attendance.
Programme
The three-day conference will be covering a wide range of advances in CM fields, which will include:
• Plenary presentations
• Invited and contributed presentations, including case study presentations
• Industrial sessions for major industrial sectors
• Expert panel session on hot topics in CM, led by recognised scientists and engineers
• Exhibition, vendor presentations and plenary spotlight session for exhibitors and sponsors
• Social events
• BINDT-sponsored student packages
• Free-of-charge workshops for CM conference delegates
Table-Top Exhibition
The table-top exhibition of CM-related products will run alongside the CM 2026 Conference on Tuesday 9 and Wednesday 10 June, giving businesses an ideal opportunity to see innovations not only from the UK but also from Europe and around the world. With inspection techniques constantly advancing, it’s a good way to check if your business can benefit from the latest technologies.
Attendance at the exhibition is FREE of charge to visitors.
(Access to technical papers will not be available and lunch and refreshments will not be provided.)

The Venue
The Grand, York, UK, is perfectly placed half-way between London and Edinburgh and is less than one mile from York train station. Some of the city's most popular attractions include York Minster, the National Railway Museum, York's Chocolate Story, the historic Shambles and much more, all of which are also within walking distance of the venue.
