The class takes all of the most important parts ot the 16-week class and condenses it down to 8 weeks - for people that can't commit to a 16-week class. This class also has expanded information on paper & time management.

Each week we will have a discussion around a specific skill, followed by the completion of challenging and rewarding exercises. Individual progress, challenges, successes, and goals are also monitored throughout the eight weeks. There is hope! Join us today!
