Club Swim at Emma Long Metro Park

Let’s go for a swim. Practice swimming in open water with friends and light paddling support. We will meet every first Saturday of the month.
FYI - Location may change for August and is TBD.

🏊♀️ In the water at 7:30am
🟠 Wear a brightly colored cap and bring a swim buoy/tow float.
🌡️ Expect water temp to be mid 70s.
🎟️ Entrance is $10/car and should be purchased in advance.

Emma Long has a beach bordered by two fishing piers which is where we start. You can comfortably swim from pier to pier (approx 50m) or swim along the buoy line for a longer distance. Boats may be present (outside of the buoys) and may make waves - which makes it more fun!
