Join our little community every quarter for a free and fun workout/hangout -- open to any and all friends of the Renew Crew.
Here's what you can expect:
▪️ First: Folks of all shapes, sizes, ages, and fitness backgrounds coming together for the sake of fun and fitness.
▪️ Then: we'll crack open a couple cold ones (we'll cover the drinks and snacks!) over some good mobility work and even better conversation. AKA we'll party in the pigeon pose.
