Please be aware this event could be subject to change if the government changes guidance/rules in the run up to the event.
1. Club opens at 18:30 – please keep in mind that we will wipe down tables before you can start playing.
2. Club closes at 23:30 – there maybe a little fluidity here, but we have to break down the hall, so we may ask you to pack up and leave.
3. Fees will be paid at the entrance before you game.
4. Tables to be booked via the event entry on Facebook – if you do not use Facebook, please let the members of the committee know your arrangements.
5. Please make use of the provided litter facilities, or better still take your own home with you.
