Love the idea of going to the club and moving your body to music in the company of friends, but want to be in bed by 9:00? OR are you looking for a vibey yoga practice before you go out and hit the clubs? Introducing: Club Galaxy. You can expect an all levels experience tailored to the music of the night with plenty of opportunities to put your own spin on things, sing along, and move intuitively. Message from B:
“Music has been an integral part of my life since before I was born. Singing, making music, and moving my body to music are some of my favorite forms of self-expression, and I love sharing those experiences with other people. I do, however, prefer my night to end by 10:00 rather than begin. Thus, Club Galaxy is born. All are welcome. I lead trauma-informed classes and give plenty of options and space for folks to move or rest as they please.”
