Join me EVERY Tuesday at 7PM or Saturday at 11:15AM at 3401 Summer Avenue for a fun energetic fitness mix of Dance and Toning! A great fun way to lose pounds and inches, relieve stress and fight off deadly diseases that physical activity and exercise can remedy!!
This class is for any fitness level and you do need to know how ro dance. You just gotta know how to have FUN!
