Taking place on Wednesday 17 June, starting at 6pm, the evening brings together Cosmo's Beauty Director Keeks Reid, Cosmo's Senior Fashion and Beauty ecommerce writer Clare Stephenson and GP skin specialist Dr Shireen, who will delve into the science-backed, holistic approach to self-care that has made Aroma-Zone a quiet powerhouse in France.

Expect expert guidance on building a skin routine that truly works, discussions on hair health, lifestyle advice you can implement immediately, and a deeper understanding of the French approach to beauty that millions swear by. You'll also be able to enjoy light savoury and sweet canapés, an arrival drink and, oh, did we mention the goody bag? Plus, you'll also be receive a gift with purchase when you spend over £30 on the night.

MEET OUR SPEAKERS

Dr Shireen is a London trained GP with a deep passion for skincare, women’s health, and overall wellness. She qualified from Imperial College London with distinction in 2010 and has since dedicated her career to empowering people to understand and care for their health and skin.

Alongside her NHS work, she runs an educational platform on Instagram and TikTok, where she shares evidence based advice on skincare, women’s health, and self-care practices that truly make a difference.

Dr Shireen also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education from UCL, reflecting her strong commitment to teaching and knowledge sharing. She regularly speaks at panel events and wellness talks, inspiring others to take charge of their wellbeing with confidence and clarity.

With her combined medical expertise and approachable style, Dr Shireen bridges the gap between science and everyday self-care - making wellness accessible, empowering, and sustainable for all.

CLARE STEPHENSON

Clare Stephenson is the Senior Fashion and Beauty E-commerce Writer for Cosmopolitan, ELLE and Harper’s Bazaar. She has been an e-commerce writer since 2022, creating matter-of-fact reviews and shopping pages filled with her favourite products for every budget and need – whether that’s a glow-giving foundation, a high-tech LED face mask or the perfect wear-with-everything blazer.

KEEKS REID

Keeks Reid is the Beauty Director at Cosmopolitan UK. She started her career in beauty journalism in 2013 as editorial assistant at Blackhair and Hair magazines working her way to Acting Editor of Blackhair magazine at 23 years old, she then worked at Hairdressers Journal before freelancing for titles including British Vogue, Who What Wear and Woman & Home
