Club Balance: Sunday, Simplified

Houston ladies!

I’m launching a new community called Club Balanced, starting with our first gathering: Sunday, Simplified.

A space for women in their 20s/30s who want a more realistic, balanced approach to wellness, without the overwhelm, extremes, or pressure that social media can bring.

Health does not have to feel extreme or all-or-nothing. It can be simple, sustainable, and enjoyable!

Details for our first event, Sunday, Simplified:

• 9:30am: Meet at Sunday Press in Hermann Park
• 10am: begin walk with guided conversation prompts
• End with a relaxed group reflection in the grass
