We are pleased to invite you to the Edinburgh RC Annual General Meeting (AGM) as per details below:
Date: Tuesday, 19th November 2024
Tiime: 7:00pm, anticipated durations of 2 hours
Location: Cardoon Suite, Bruntsfield Hotel, 69 Bruntsfield Place, Edinburgh EH10 4HH
The meeting agenda and supporting documents will be distributed one week prior to meeting. If you would like to propose changes to the Club Constitution and/or current operating policies for discussion at the AGM please submit them via e-mail to the Club Secretary John McMillan by October 28th so they can be included on the agena and any supporting documents can be produced and distributed to support discussion at the meeting. Member input and participation is what makes the club better for everyone so please do come along and get involved.
