📣 Annual General Membership and Elections Meeting and Social
Dear Club 509 Members,
We want to invite all members to our annual General Membership meeting with pickleball social to follow.
At this year's General Membership meeting, we will conduct certain club business, receive reports from current year officers, discuss goals and vision for 2027, as well hold elections for next year's officers.
If you are interested in serving on the board for 2027 or helping in another capacity, we are taking nominations between **/**/XXXX – **/**/XXXX.
If you are interested in running for a board position or nominating someone else for a position, please email [email protected] to be entered onto the ballot or for more information.
Voting Period for nominees will be early November.

Time: Doors open 4:45 pm, meeting starts at 5pm.
