Join your nameless (and fabulous) host in her liminal rock & roll nightmare as she deftly welcomes you to Club 27. Over the course of her set—and more than one argument with her enigmatic pianist—the host grapples with fame, death, legacy, and what it means to be an artist. When sex, drugs, and rock & roll convene, how do you make it out famous and alive? Written by Maeve Z. O'Connor and based on a series of interviews with nightlife personality Faith Pasch, this cabaret features new orchestrations of music from Janis Joplin, Amy Winehouse, and the rest of the dearly-departed members of the iconic 27 Club.
