  • Sinéad is a Senior Account Executive at SPORTFIVE, one of the world's leading sports marketing agencies, where she works across global sponsorship and partnership programmes. She supports the delivery of brand partnerships, stakeholder engagement and activation strategies, helping connect sponsors with fans through premium experiences. Before moving into sports marketing, Sinéad worked in operations with the Legends Tour, gaining valuable experience in the delivery of professional golf tournaments.

Panellist 1: Aaron Moon

Speaking on Personal Branding

  • Instagram: @oneleg87
  • Aaron Moon is a former Royal Marines Commando, motivational speaker, professional amputee golfer, and the world's first amputee indoor skydiving instructor.
  • In 2009, while serving in Afghanistan, Aaron's vehicle was struck by an IED, resulting in life-changing injuries and the eventual amputation of his right leg below the knee. Faced with the challenge of rebuilding his life, Aaron developed the mindset and resilience that would become the foundation of his personal and professional journey.
  • Since then, he has built a powerful personal brand around overcoming adversity, resilience, and pushing beyond perceived limitations. His story has seen him appear as a Hunter on Channel 4's award-winning series Hunted, become a respected speaker, and inspire audiences across corporate, educational, and sporting environments.
  • As a professional amputee golfer, Aaron understands the power of authenticity, visibility and putting yourself out there, both on and off the course. He is currently preparing for a world-record attempt to cycle the entire 2,517 miles of Route 66 across America, a challenge that could see him set two world records while raising funds for charity.
  • Aaron's message is simple: your past does not define your future - your response does.

Panellist 2: Laura Gates

Speaking on Creative Content

  • Instagram: @lauragatesphoto
  • Laura Gates is a freelance photographer, Communications Executive and the Head of Women's Media at FC St Helens Women. With a BA in Media Production and an MA in Sports Journalism, Laura operates at the intersection of strategic communications and creative sports media. From executing agency-level campaigns to capturing the unfiltered heart of grassroots football on both digital and analogue formats, her work focuses on breaking the traditional sports media mold. In 2026, she believes that standing out requires looking past the standard playbook and creating content that drives genuine, emotional connection.
  • Laura has worked with Everton FC, The Tartan Army, The Women's FA Cup, The British Rally Championship and more.

Panellist 3: Dropping Soon!

  • Week Commencing 6th July: Final panellist reveal.
  • We are keeping our final guest under wraps for now, but expect elite insights from sports outside the world of golf!
