CLTRE Exchange (Sacramento Edition)
About this Event
CLTRE Exchange (Sacramento Edition)
July 9–12, 2026 · Sacramento, CA
CLTRE Exchange is a four-day place-based cultural exchange bringing together community practitioners, city builders, and cultural leaders from six cities — Sacramento, Detroit, Philadelphia, Oakland, Los Angeles, and Santa Fe — to share what's working, learn what's possible, and build the relationships that move cities forward.
This is not a conference. There are no panels to sit through and no keynotes to half-listen to. Every session, tour, meal, and conversation is designed for one thing: to build the relationships that actually move cities forward.
As a community participant, here's what you're getting access to:
Thursday, July 9 — Welcome & Vibes
Frank Bar · 6:00pm – 9:00pm
The exchange starts before the first session. Come meet practitioners, city builders, and cultural leaders from across the country over good music and good energy at Frank Bar on R Street. Free and open to the community. No ticket needed, just show up.
Friday, July 10 — Community Day
Aggie Square + Sacramento Corridors · All day
A full day inside Sacramento's culture ecosystem. Start with coffee and conversation with local businesses, funders, alumni, program cohorts, and community partners. Then hit the streets — nine corridor stops across the city led by CLTRE founder Roshaun Davis. Return to Aggie Square for a roundtable debrief with cities and community partners, followed by the Owning the Block Workshop presented by InfestorFy. Lunch included.
50 tickets available — $75
Friday Evening — Private Dinner at Crispin Supper Club
7:00pm – 9:00pm
An intimate private dining experience with exchange participants from across the country at Crispin Supper Club. Limited to 8 seats. This is where the real conversations happen.
8 tickets available — $145
Friday Evening — Dine Around
7:00pm – 9:00pm
An open dine around experience across Sacramento's R Street corridor. Connect with exchange participants and community members over a night out in the city. Free — no ticket needed.
Saturday, July 11 — Community Exchange Day
Aggie Square · 10:30am – 5:30pm
City showcases from six cities. Cross-city conversations. And in the evening, Sacramento's Second Saturday Art Walk — the city's monthly celebration of local artists, open galleries, live music, and street vendors across Midtown and the R Street corridor. Lunch included.
100 tickets available — $50
Sunday, July 12 — Closing Brunch & Reflections
Darling Aviary · 11:00am – 2:00pm
The exchange closes with a brunch and reflection session at Darling Aviary. Each city shares what they're taking home and what they're offering the network. Commitments are made, next steps are set, and we close it out together. No host — participants cover their own meal.
50 tickets available — $40
