If your child's camp deposit is not paid by June 3rd, your child(ren) will lose his/her spot(s) and will be replaced by another 4-Her on the waiting list.

Need-Based Scholarships

Scholarships are available for Cloverleaf Camp. They are based on need and participation level in Fulton County 4-H. The number and amount of scholarships available are based on the amount of donations/funding we secure over the program year. After scholarships are awarded, the remainder of the camp fee must be paid by June 3rd for Cloverleaf Camp. Recipients are responsible for paying the remainder of the cost of camp not covered by the scholarship. Notification of scholarship decisions will be made by April 8th.

Scholarship applications are due at the time of camp registration. A $75 camp deposit is due at the time of registration for all scholarship applicants. If your child is not selected for a scholarship and you no longer want to attend camp, your deposit will be returned. Submitting a camp scholarship application does not guarantee a spot for camp - campers must also complete the camp registration form in order to reserve their spot at camp.

About Camp

Camp offers great adventures, friendship and fun! Georgia 4-H's summer camping program, administered through the county offices of UGA Extension, offers a 4-H summer camping experience unparalleled in the nation.

During five days of fun, campers will attend educational workshops and activities, plus have free time to hang out with your friends and make new ones!

Rock Eagle 4-H Center is named after the Rock Eagle effigy mound located at camp.  Campers are divided into Native American tribes of Cherokee, Muskogee and Shawnee.  The tribes compete all week to win the tribal shield.

Camp workshops may include: archery, canoeing, entomology, forestry, herpetology, high ropes (6th grade or second year campers), lake ecology, sailing, canoeing and wildlife.  Other activities are Native American lore, crafts, nature hikes, swimming, camper's choice and putt-putt.
