You’re invited to this unique 90-minute sound bath to slow down, rest, and receive healing vibrations while immersing into a soundscape of Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Ocean Drum, Harmonium with vocal overtoning, and more.

Using the full spectrum of sound and vibration, the brainwaves slow down to cause an involuntary state of deep meditation, which allows the nervous system to reset & the body to go through several self-healing processes ...

BRING:

- Yoga mat / foamie, blanket, and pillow for comfort. You will be laying down on your back for up to 90 minutes, so bring anything you need to feel comfortable.

- Dress in comfortable layers

- Eye covering
