Nor-Cal Movies stars battle it out in a series of challenges to take home the coveted prize of the CLOUT Power Belt World Title. Featuring live music by Born and Raised!
On August 9th at 6pm the doors open for the celebration of independent cinema featuring and international selection from CLOUT Film Fest, the exclusive CLOUT 10X10 Movie Challenge and world premiers.
