We are so excited to gather with you again!
To keep the swap organized, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone, we are pre-selling tickets and capping attendance.
Tickets are limited, and once they're gone, we're unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests.
Event Timeline
Please plan to arrive by 2:00 PM. All day of drop off's must be done by noon. Shopping will begin promptly at 2:15 PM, and because we shop in rotating groups, this isn't an event you can arrive late to and jump into.
Clothing Standards & Drop-Off
Our swap is intentionally curated, which means quality truly matters.
Please bring pieces that are:
Very gently worn or hardly used
Freshly washed
In excellent condition
Timeless or on-trend styles someone else would genuinely be excited to wear
Please leave these at home:
Basic everyday t-shirts
Heavily worn clothing
Stained, stretched, pilled, or damaged items
Pieces that have simply reached the end of their life
A good rule of thumb:
If you wouldn't happily pass it along to a friend, it's probably not swap-ready.
Drop-Off
After purchasing your ticket (linked at the top of this event), bring your clothing during our designated drop-off week:
Tuesday–Saturday: During business hours
Sunday: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
You'll receive one swap ticket for every approved item you bring.
How the Swap Works
When you arrive, you'll receive a colored dot at check-in. This will determine your shopping group.
Once everyone has checked in, we'll randomly draw colors to see which group shops first.
While you wait, enjoy a mimosa, snacks, and browse the room before shopping officially begins.
Each shopping round lasts 2 minutes.
Round 1 → Choose 1 item
Round 2 → Choose 2 items
Round 3 → Choose 3 items
...and we'll continue increasing until everyone has had plenty of opportunities to shop.
After each round, simply bring your finds to the checkout table and exchange your swap tickets for your new treasures. We'll continue rotating through groups until everyone has finished shopping or the racks are empty.
