Clothing Repair Workshop: Sashiko For Mending

Join Hilary in this intimate beginner friendly 2-hour workshop and learn how to repair your jeans or other woven garment using the Japanese art of Sashiko!

All material will be provided, but you are welcome to bring along an item of clothing for advice which we can discuss with the group.

You will take home:

• A sample swatch which you will have made during the class
• An information sheet detailing what you have learned
• Ideas and knowledge to help you start mending your own clothes!

Suitable for beginners or those with some knowledge of sewing – all welcome!
