Our monthly clothing optional nude yoga for women is a transformative and inclusive container that invites you to indulge in radical self-love. This safe and welcoming candlelit circle of sister-friends encourages compassion over comparison as we bare it all in service to connection, movement, and body liberation. Explore the healing that comes from flowing together exactly as we are, exactly as we are meant to be, cozy in the skin we’re in. Together we’ll forge deeper connections with our bodies and our community, and indulge in the sweet acceptance we deserve. You will leave this space feeling free, expansive, powerful, and harmonious. Think of it as a monthly mini self-care retreat!
For many women, their first nudge yoga experience feels very vulnerable. Kristina has curated a warm, inclusive, and beautiful space to gently guide us into this portal. We’ll take some time to settle in and integrate before beginning our flow. As we shed our clothing, you may find that, while at first uncomfortable, it takes only moments to feel liberated in your rawness and many find that through our movements together in sisterhood, deep personal healing ensues.
