After ten incredible years of music, laughter, and unforgettable nights, it’s with a heavy heart that we announce the closing of Elan Savannah at the end of November. Elan has been more than a venue—it’s been a heartbeat in Savannah’s nightlife, where strangers became friends and friends became family.

To every artist who graced our stage, every fan who filled the dance floor, and each of you who brought your energy, stories, and passion through our doors: thank you. You made Elan truly special, and we’re deeply grateful to have been part of your lives. As we prepare to say goodbye, we invite you to join us for one final celebration on November 23rd—one last dance, one last unforgettable night.

Admission is restricted to individuals 21 and over. Each ticket grants entry for one person and includes access to one bottomless cup, which may be filled with available beverages at the bar while supplies last. Beverages may vary, and certain requests may not always be accommodated based on stock and bartender discretion.

The bartenders are authorized to refuse service if a guest displays signs of intoxication, disruptive behavior, or fails to adhere to appropriate conduct. Bartenders alone will determine if a guest has consumed beyond a safe or reasonable limit and may discontinue beverage service as necessary.

Guests are strongly encouraged to tip the bartenders for the service provided, as tipping can help ensure continued service throughout the event. Failure to tip for services may result in a limitation or complete termination of service at the discretion of the bartenders.

Guests bear full responsibility for monitoring their alcohol intake, as neither the event organizers nor the venue will be held accountable for guests’ behavior, intoxication, or any health-related issues arising from alcohol consumption. It is highly recommended and advised that guests drink responsibly and make transportation arrangements (Uber, Taxi, Lyft, etc) in advance if they intend to consume alcohol.

By entering the event and accepting this ticket, guests agree to abide by all event policies, including those governing responsible drinking, service cut-offs, and conduct expectations. Event staff and bartenders are under no obligation to explain or make exceptions to these policies. Any guest who fails to adhere to these guidelines may be removed from the event without a refund.

Additionally, guests release the event organizers, venue staff, bartenders, and affiliates from any liability or responsibility related to injuries, accidents, or legal outcomes due to overconsumption, intoxication, or any unsafe conduct. By accepting alcohol, guests do so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their health and actions.

Purchase of this ticket constitutes agreement to these terms, affirmation of legal drinking age, and acceptance of full responsibility for conduct while at the event. Guests acknowledge that all policies are non-negotiable, regardless of any unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the event. All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.
