Closing the Health Gap presents 'Unwrap Your Joy' with Dr. Shomo

"Unwrap Your Joy" is a special event hosted by Dr. Anisa Shomo that aims to help you reconnect with the people, places and things that bring you joy. We will start the session with a discussion about trauma responses that can cause a disconnect from joy. Later, we will work our way toward rediscovering our joy and a newer version of ourselves. This workshop is sure to leave you you 'unwrapping' some joy just in time for the holidays, a season that can be difficult for some.
