One of the reasons I'm so excited about having Ing from INGU in Singapore is that he's one of the most interesting examples I've come across of someone who's managed to build genuine trust in an incredibly noisy industry.

In a world where we're constantly being marketed to, he somehow became a voice people chose to believe. Then he launched his own brand – and his community followed him there too.

As I dug deeper into his story, I realised the conversation isn't really about skincare at all. It's about how you build something people trust, choose and advocate for. He launched INGU in 2022 with zero advertising. His first product line sold out within minutes.

It feels especially relevant for those of us building brands, businesses and communities.

I've intentionally kept the room small, so that the conversation can go deeper, everyone gets a seat at the table, and we have the opportunity to spend meaningful time with both Ing and one another.
