A 2-part somatic couples workshop using neuroscience & attachment to transform conflict into deeper connection and intimacy.
About this Event

Who says date night has to wait until dark? Bring your coffee and your partner — we'll bring the science of love.

Closer Through Conflict is a two-part experiential workshop that's part date morning, part deep dive — a relaxed, safe, and surprisingly fun space for couples who want to understand each other better, fight smarter, and feel closer than they have in a while.

Rooted in neuroscience, attachment theory, and somatic practice, this workshop is designed to help you stop fighting against each other and start healing with each other.

What You'll Experience:
Across two sessions, you'll move through education, breathwork, guided somatic exercises, and structured practice — giving you tools you can use the moment you walk out the door.

What You'll Walk Away With:

  • A deeper understanding of your attachment styles and how they show up in conflict
  • A roadmap for moving toward secure functioning as a couple
  • Somatic tools for regulating your nervous system together — what we call coregulation
  • New language and communication practices for navigating conflict in real time
  • The experience of turning conflict into a doorway for intimacy and mutual healing

This workshop is for you if:

  • You love each other but keep having the same fights
  • Conflict leaves you feeling more alone than before
  • You're ready to understand why you react the way you do — and try something new
  • You want a relationship that feels safe, connected, and alive
