Clintonville Barbell Summer Open

The Clintonville Barbell Summer Open will be a USAW sanctioned meet. Registration will begin about two months prior to the meet date and end one week before the meet date. Start lists and schedules will be sent the week of the meet. A current USAW membership is required in order to compete. Singlets are not required but are encouraged.

All Weigh-ins will occur 2 hours prior to start time per USAW and will last for 1 hour. No exceptions.

SCHEDULE: A preliminary schedule is listed below. Please be aware that sessions may be removed, or times adjusted based on registration. No times are final until you receive your email the week of the meet.

1st Session: Weigh-In 08:00 am – Start Time 10:00 am

2nd Session: Weigh-In 10:00 am - Start Time 12:00 pm

3rd Session: Weigh-In 12:00 pm - Start Time 02:00 pm

4th Session: Weigh-In 02:00 pm - Start Time 04:00 pm

ORDER OF LIFTS: Snatch, Clean & Jerk.

All weights used are in Kilograms

All lifters must have a current USAW membership in order to lift. Membership and equipment will be checked at weigh-in. For specifics on equipment allowances, please refer to the IWF Rules page linked here. Lifters do not need to compete in a singlet, but it is encouraged. Youth lifters must weigh-in wearing their singlet.

DEADLINE: All entries must be received by June 19, 2021. A preliminary schedule will be sent by June 21, 2021, and a final schedule being sent no later than midnight on June 23, 2021.

ENTRY FEES: $50.00 All categories

All Divisions in both Men’s & Women’s classes are included, including youth.
