Clint Baker

Clint Baker is a multi-instrumentalist, bandleader, and highly respected figure in traditional jazz, celebrated for his mastery of early jazz styles. His career spans over three decades, including collaborations with acclaimed jazz musicians and performances at major jazz festivals in the U.S. and internationally. Clint’s dedication to preserving early jazz shines through his leadership of ensembles like Clint Baker’s New Orleans Jazz Band and the Café Borrone All-Stars, which bring the music of pioneers like Louis Armstrong and King Oliver to today’s audiences. His passion for jazz education has also led him to mentor young musicians, and he recently became Director of the Teagarden Jazz Camp, a program funded by the Sacramento Jazz Education Foundation to support youth jazz education.
