The focus of this workshop is to facilitate clinical experiences for nursing students using strategies that enhance clinical judgment and critical thinking. Clinical instructors will become more comfortable with competency-based teaching strategies, transition their processes to allow debrief and reflection, and be able to offer targeted feedback to students.
