Clinical Hypnosis- Embracing Acceptance

Acceptance can be a difficult thing to do when life is hard. People often have misunderstandings about acceptance and what it means or how to work with it.When we can fully embrace acceptance, we can live with more peace and joy.

In this clinical hypnosis session you will gain a deeper understanding of acceptance and train your mind on a subconcious level to be more accepting of your circumstances.

The session includes:

-Explanation of acceptance and what it really means

-Clinical Hypnotherapy techniques to explore triggers, uncover root causes, reframe responses and de-stress the body.

-Opportunity to discuss and ask questions
