Some changes will be applied to clinic day 2024 to accommodate individuals who are battling with depleted medical aids or individuals who have limited medical aid benefits.
Participation in clinic day is subject to an application process.
Booking is essential. Sessions available on clinic day are limited - bookings work on first come first serve basis.
Clinic day does not include psychological assessment and report writing.
Low income: individuals who earn R15 000 or less per month, with no medical aid, will be charged a reduced fee of R100 on clinic day for a psychological consultation of 30 - 45 mins. It is important to note that sessions exceeding 45 mins will incur increased costs at the clinic day rate.
Depleted/limited medical aid: existing patients with depleted medical aid or limitations on benefits with medical aid, will be charged a reduced fee of R200 on clinic day for a psychological consultation of 30 - 45 mins. It is important to note that sessions exceeding 45 mins will incur increased costs at the clinic day rate.
This applies to existing patients. New patients with depleted medical aids would need to finance the first session at the normal rate, clinic day rates will apply thereafter if the application is successful.
Patients who have already applied for clinic day would kindly need to complete and sign updated forms. Terms and conditions apply.
New applicants kindly need to view the application process and submit the necessary documentation before participation in clinic day. Terms and conditions apply.
