✅ Participants must bring a valid school ID to attend.

You will NOT be admitted if:

• You have attended a previous Clinic Confidence event
• You cannot present a valid school ID at check‑in
• You register using multiple emails or names

Duplicate registrations will be removed and incentives will NOT be provided to repeat attendees.

• Learn the Basics: Watch Plan A, a short, relatable video featuring real-life stories about navigating birth control, STI testing, and more.
• Hear from Experts: Meet CHOP health professionals and get the inside scoop on what happens during an adolescent family planning visit.
• Connect with Others: Meet and connect with other teens accross Philadelphia.
• Ask Your Questions: Wondering about forms, exams, or your rights? No question is too small—this is your space to ask!
• Take the Next Step: Get tips on finding a provider and making appointments, all while keeping your care confidential.
