Climbax Dance Studio- Intro To Pole

Hello Ladies!! Climbax Dance Studio is coming to Delaware and we're looking to host a POLE DANCING CLASS to introduce ourselves. Intro to pole is a fun and fit way to learn introductory pole dancing with likeminded women. Let's have fun and get fit while dancing to Hip Hop & R&B music designed to put you in the right state of mind to learn these fun dance moves. In Intro To Pole you will learn foundational pole dancing consisting of spins, transitions, and a routine. In the end you will impress yourself and anyone else that you show after pole dancing with Climbax Dance Studio. This class is BEGINNER FRIENDLY and designed to tap into your seductive or rachet side. Bring you and all of your girlfriends because we'll be getting fit while feeling sexy and having fun.

ATTIRE: Shorts or leggings/ top or sports bra/flats or heels/small towel.

**IMPORTANT DETAILS**

Please bring your mask. Knee pads encouraged. No liquor allowed. This is a WOMEN'S ONLY EVENT and ALL AGES 18+ are WELCOMED. No spectators. DO NOT WEAR ANY OILS, LOTION, OR RINGS B4 COMING TO CLASS. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
