Climate Week 2024
To celebrate Scotland's Climate Week 2024, we have a programme of events taking place at our Sighthill and Merchiston campus foyers. Get involved in our workshops and activities to discover ways to make a positive environmental impact and gain insights on sustainability and how you can contribute to a greener future.
Tuesday 24 September, 10.30am-1pm, Sighthill foyer
- ENVA
Waste management provider, ENVA, will be at Sighthill providing information and advice on recycling and the environmental impact of waste.
Pop by and learn how you can make small changes for big impact.
Wednesday 25 September, 10.30am-1pm, Merchiston foyer
- C3R clothes swap
It’s also Second-Hand September, a chance for us to take a stance against the impact of fast fashion by shopping second hand.
Charity project C3R will be hosting a Clothes Swap. Come along and refresh your autumn wardrobe in a sustainable way by trading in your pre-loved items for something "new-to-you" without the environmental footprint.

Feeling creative? Try your hand at something different with C3R’s Weaving Workshop and learn a new skill!
- ENSA second-hand essentials
ENSA will be joining us with their second-hand essentials stall. If you are on the look out for pots, plates or other household essentials, pop along and see what you can find!
