🎯 Turn your Climate Fresk experience into real organisational impact:
This full-day facilitator training gives you everything you need to do to run workshops in a professional context. By the end of the day, you'll be confident and ready to facilitate the new '' workshop - whether that's for your own team, across your organisation, with suppliers, or for clients.
You'll be training alongside a cross-sector cohort of professionals from corporate, consulting, public sector, and beyond - making the learning richer and the network you leave with genuinely valuable.
Our most experienced Climate Fresk Instructors lead this training, with expertise in climate transformation and collective intelligence methods for business.
✅ What you'll be able to do after this training:
- Facilitate the full 'Climate Fresk for Organisations' workshop from introduction to close
- Frame Scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions and climate risks in ways that resonate with business audiences
- Run a structured, collective intelligence action exercise, guiding teams to generate and commit to concrete climate actions that align with your sustainability goals
- Adapt the workshop to your sector, your organisation, or your clients' strategic priorities
- Access the full facilitator toolkit and the global Fresker community
📝 What the day looks like:
Morning - Learning to facilitate
Hands-on practice through the full workshop, building confidence with the script, materials, and each phase of the Fresk.
- Welcome, training context & pre-workshop preparation (40 mins)
- Your turn to facilitate! - practice through the full workshop (~2 hrs 50 mins, including a break)
Lunch break (1 hour)
Afternoon - Facilitating in an organisational context
How to adapt, position and roll out the workshop effectively.
- Welcome to the community, understand the Fresker's Journey & facilitator resources (30 mins)
- Learn how to adapt the workshop to your context, delve into your mitigation and adaptation challenges, and explore rollout best practices (~2 hrs 40 mins, including a break)
- Looking to the future - preparing for your first Fresk & closing (20 mins)
