The International Relations Council’s “Climate Crisis: The Global Issue That Defines Our Era” series will continue on October 23, for our “Sustainability Across Industries” program!Thank you to Bio-Microbics, our presenting sponsor of this program, for their generous support of this program! About the Program: The intersection of sustainability and business development spans across a vast number of sectors, including three with exemplify Kansas City’s status as a global leader in innovation. This panel discussion will focus on wastewater treatment, agriculture, and architecture through the lens of how these industries are practicing sustainability on a local and global scale.

About The Series:
The International Relations Council in Kansas City proudly presents " Climate Crisis: The Global Issue that Defines Our Era," a dynamic six-part lecture series designed to engage, educate, and inspire action on some of the most pressing global environmental issues of our time. Over the summer and fall months, we will be exploring the climate crisis through six sub-topics, designed to look at this field and its global implications through unique perspectives. This series will feature a diverse array of experts, from conservationists and scientists to policymakers and corporate leaders, who will share their insights and experiences on critical topics that affect our planet and its inhabitants. This program series will be centered around the global effects, catalysts, and trends around the climate crisis, as well as their local impacts in Kansas City and beyond.
