Cleveland’s First Experimental Film Festival will include the PREMIER screening of Monsiuer Phot, plus short films by Robert Banks, Cynthia Penter, and others!! Free and open to the public.
Doors open at 5pm, and this exclusive film program starts in the Underdog at 6:30 PM!
