Cleveland Young Professional Outdoor Workout and Social

SWEAT + CONNECT is a monthly group workout and networking social focused on bringing young professionals in Northeast Ohio together.
The workouts are usually in pairs or teams, performed in stations, and are strength- and agility-based. But the magic happens after the workout. We come together for some snacks and conversation, connecting without the pressure of handing out business cards or being in front of a screen.
For August, I am teaming up with Black Valve Media and Stretch Performance for a unique fitness experience. With football season fast approaching, our workout will be football-themed and curated by Black Valve co-owner Evan Prunty. We will then perform 30 minutes of stretching by Stretch Performance owner Dan Cullen.
$10 for the first ten to register. $15 for everyone else. Take a break from your regular workout routine and join us for what will be a fun night!
