In this interactive workshop, we will delve into the critical role data plays in making informed marketing decisions. Participants will learn the importance of using multiple analytics platforms and how to determine the most relevant key performance metrics. We'll explore data analysis methods, emphasizing the need to evaluate all marketing channels for holistic storytelling. Attendees will learn to distinguish between vanity and actionable metrics and how to interpret seemingly contradictory data trends.

The hands-on portion will guide participants through analyzing various reports to identify trends in website visits, conversions, and off-site metrics. By the end of the workshop, participants will be equipped with practical skills to leverage data for campaign optimization and to enhance their marketing strategies.

Missy Williams, owner & digital strategist at Missy Williams Digital, has over 20 years of overall marketing experience with a diverse background that has grown with the changes in technology and marketing trends. Missy’s background in marketing varies, working both in-house and at various agencies throughout her career. She started working in more traditional marketing — public relations, sales support, ads creation, promotions, and events — and quickly evolved into digital marketing as it became more prevalent.

She’s worked with small local businesses all the way up to Fortune 500 companies to support their website management, social media marketing, and SEO needs.

Missy found her ultimate passion was helping businesses use their website to drive traffic through SEO and content marketing, which she believes is one of the most efficient ways to grow an online presence. She has experience in a variety of industries but focuses mainly on eCommerce and service-based businesses.

The first location in Cleveland, Ohio, COhatch Ohio City, is a perfect space for those who work hard and play hard!
