Register Here! https://www.putnamcourtclerk.org/training We are excited to announce our team, in collaboration with the Georgia Superior Court Cooperative Authority (GSCCCA), will be hosting a Free Notary Training event on September 25, 2024, at 10:00am at the Putnam County Courthouse.
In light of recent legislative changes to Title 45, which governs Notary Publics, it is crucial for our Notaries to stay informed and up-to-date on their responsibilities. This training will cover:
- Notary Procedures
- Legal Guidelines for Notaries Public in Georgia
Recent Law Changes, including:
- Document Signer Identification
- Journal of Notarial Acts
- Required Training for New Notaries and those Renewing
