About Our Guest Speaker:

Joshua Pickett is an LMFT with 10 years of experience working with mental health, substance abuse, and family dynamics. In addition to a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, Joshua has completed a 2 year training program in Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy and has extensive training in the field of Trauma. Joshua currently works in Private Practice seeing clients that are dealing with complex PTSD and various levels of substance abuse. Joshua’s previous experience comes from the IOP/ PHP setting for substance abuse and severe trauma as well as Children and Family Services.
