Cleansing Practice is a beginner-friendly workshop exploring another way of caring for the environments we inhabit.
Through guided demonstrations and hands-on participation, we'll explore practical cleansing methods for three areas of everyday life:
• Yourself
• Your living space
• The personal objects you use and value
During the evening, you'll experience:
• guided smoke and water cleansing practices
• practical approaches you can continue at home
• a guided object cleansing session
• time for reflection, questions, and conversation
You're welcome to bring up to three small personal objects to participate in the practical session.
These might include jewellery, crystals, keepsakes, decorative pieces, or everyday items that hold personal meaning.
No prior experience is needed.
Some people join because they're moving into a new home.
Some are looking for a way to reset after a demanding period.
Others are simply curious about another way of caring for the spaces they live in.
