The MTA's Franklin Ave Shuttle line runs through Bed-Stuy, Crown Heights, and Prospect Lefferts Gardens. The neglected areas below and around the tracks have accumulated trash that spills out onto surrounding streets. Help us brighten up this space for a cleaner neighborhood.
