Meet at Harmon Park Warming House (180 Bernard St. W.)
Do you know of a place in West St. Paul that has accumulated some litter? Help clean up our city on Saturday, October 11, from 9:30am to 11am. Meet at Harmon Park near the ice rink to pick up garbage bags and borrow litter grabbers (limited quantity available). Please bring your own gloves if you can! Garbage bags will be provided until 11am, and volunteers can commit as much time as they would like. A space to dispose of waste collected during this event will be provided at Harmon Park.
Coffee courtesy of Caribou Coffee and treats will be available for volunteers. There will be a prize drawing at 11am for volunteers who fill up a trash bag.
No registration is required. Groups are encouraged, and kids are welcome. Recruit your friends, grab your supplies at Harmon Park, and head to a spot you'd like to help with a little clean up - Robert Street, bus stops, alleys, behind big box stores, or the edges of parking lots.
