Clean Slate- A Grassroots Cleanup Initiative

Toronto’s beaches deserve better than beer caps and cigarette butts. On Sunday, September 1, we’re taking Clean Slate to Woodbine Beach (right in front of the dog park) for a shoreline cleanup to help keep the lake and sand litter-free.

Whether you’re a passionate environmentalist or just someone who’s tired of dodging trash on a beach day, this is your chance to make a visible difference where it counts.

📅 Date: Sunday, September 1⏰ Time: 3:30–6:00 PM📍 Location: Woodbine Beach – in front of the dog park

We’ll provide:

• Gloves
• Garbage & recycling bags
• Hand sanitizer
• Water & light snacks
• And of course, good vibes

You just bring:

• Yourself
• A friend (optional, but encouraged)
• A willingness to get sandy for a cleaner shore

This is a zero-cost, zero-judgment, all-community event. Stay for as little or as long as you like; every set of hands makes a difference.
