The Annual Clean, Green and Lean Event for the City of Richland Hills and The Link Recreation Center. The event will start at 8:00am on 7203 Latham (Richland Hills Hike and Bike Trail) with "Greening" the trail by planting wildflower seeds. Parking will be across the street from the trail through the gate.After planting seeds, volunteers will travel to "Clean" a park by doing some of the following tasks: clean up trash, rake wood fiber, remove unwanted vegetation, do some painting or removing of graffiti.
After time at the parks, everyone is invited to come to The Link (starting at 10am) for an opportunity be "Lean" with membership specials. If you are not interested in a Link Membership, we would still love for you to help us celebrate our 7th birthday with free drinks, hot dogs, cup cakes, and a tree seedling as a thank you for volunteering.
We will offer gloves, rakes, trash bags, etc. Help us to improve our community and make our parks a nicer and more welcoming place for children and families to come. Register on SignUpGenius below.
