Join us Saturday April 12th for an evening of great music, and to celebrate the Aries people in our lives. Festivities begin at 8pm, with a cover charge of $5 before 10 pm, and $10 after.
Red Tailed Hawk Luna:
Hailing from Cleveland's west side, Red Tailed Hawk Luna is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, and visual artist who also DJs. Luna is inspired by a palette of Hip Hop, Hardcore Punk, Jazz, Experimental, and Devotional music from around the world. His pursuit of authentic expression through sound ultimately led him to the inclusive sanctuary of House Music's dance floors in its birthplace: Chicago, Illinois.
During his second stint in Chicago, Luna made his mark in the music industry as a Production Manager, Sound Engineer, and Lighting Designer at two of the city’s most iconic nightclubs. Over several years, he regularly worked alongside some of the biggest names in House and Techno—artists like Honey Dijon, Four Tet, Black Coffee, Nina Kraviz, and Kerri Chandler—absorbing invaluable insights while quietly honing his craft. He also had his writing published in the global dance music resource Resident Advisor and worked closely with Boiler Room on event production.
Currently, Red Tailed Hawk Luna is a member of the multicultural House Music collective DISFUNKTIONAL, where he serves as a Resident DJ and creates video content for performances and promotions. As a DJ, Luna has shared the stage with House Music legends such as Derrick Carter, Bad Boy Bill, K Alexi Shelby, Terry Hunter, DJ Minx, Rick Wade, Todd Terry, Marshall Jefferson, and others.
With a distinctive creative philosophy and a tactical approach to the artform of DJing, he stands out as a professional, employing a vocabulary of techniques, tricks, and live remixes. Red Tailed Hawk Luna is dedicated to bringing the focus back to the sound, skill, and culture of True House Music.
Jesse Hawk:
Inspired by the sounds coming from the speakers in the warehouses of Milwaukee, Chicago, and Los Angeles during the 90’s, Jesse Hawk developed an ear for a sound that sits somewhere between house and techno. It was these warehouse experiences that would lay the foundation for a lifelong passion for electronic music.
If the warehouses were the foundation, the city of El Paso, TX was the first floor. It was here that Jesse brought in guest DJ’s for his weekly, SWERVE. Jesse would often arrange mini tours with guests like [a]pendics.shuffle, Jonene, DJ Mes, Justin Long, and many more to play SWERVE with other dates in nearby cities of Juarez,Mexico and Albuquerque,NM. Jesse Hawk’s passion for music didn’t stop with SWERVE, he opened PUSH Records to serve the DJs of El Paso’s vinyl needs.
A relocation to Cleveland,OH would find Jesse Hawk breaking ground in a new area immediately upon arrival. Opening for many headliners over the years, Jesse not only knows how to get a party started but can keep it going well into the night.
With a new found focus and craving more control of the sounds coming from the speakers, Jesse Hawk has armed himself with a collection of hardware to push his own vision of house and techno. Either as a DJ or LIVE PA, expect a sound that combines shuffled house beats with lush chords and techy bloops-n-bleeps while Jesse Hawk represents Cleveland as his second story.
Eyun:
Eyun (pronounced E-yun) born and raised in Cleveland OH, started his music journey back in 2013. Since then, he has emerged as a must see staple in the Cleveland music scene. Eyun blends multiple genres such as EDM, Pop, Hop-hop, throwbacks, remixes and more on stage to captivate any dance floor. He draws influence from artists such as Zedd, Kygo, Martin Garrix and many more. Eyun has opened up for notable artists such as Two Friends, Wuki, Corrupt UK and has even been direct support for Nostalgix and Kaivon. Eyun has performed at notable events and venues, such as Breakaway Music Festival, Britewinter Fest, Jacob’s Pavilion at Nautica, Agora, Grog Shop, and with a couple local Cleveland club residencies. Since moving back to cleveland in 2022 he has been trying to get more invoved in the Edm sceene in clevland. Has wide range of artist that influence him ranging from melodic tech house of Kream and Anyma to Future House/ Progessive house killers of Brooks, Martin Garrix and Matisse and Sadko
VIL:
VIL is a Dj and producer from Medellín, Colombia, with a distinct sound that blends Minimal and Latin Tech House.
His music is known for its
infectious rhythms and creative use of unusual textures, giving his tracks a unique edge.
ViL continues to refine his craft.
Always searching for strange and experimental sounds, he's focused on pushing the boundaries of electronic music, creating dynamic and immersive experiences for his listeners.
Britton-Zinn
Britton-Zinn Cut his teeth in the Chicago House music scene, hosting several parties on Milwaukee Ave, and all over the Chicago Area. When the cops chased him out of town after 9 years of event promotion, literally, he took his talents to Aspen CO and did the same. He is currently running CLE-UNDRGND, a collective of like minded DJs, with a weekly Thursday event at Luxe in the Detroit shore way area.
Initially a promoter, he didn't have the urge to DJ himself, until he came home to Cleveland in 2005. At that time, there weren't that many House DJs, and he wanted to bring a bit of Chicago, home to Cleveland. He's DJed everywhere from warehouse parties, to the House of Blues, and everywhere in-between. He is always house music minded, but definitely not afraid to mix in a little Tech House too, just to keep things lively. Known for fun, energetic sets that blend different genres, while not muddying the waters. Don't miss this DJ.
