The aging process is universal—impacting not only our clients but also our colleagues, families, and ourselves. For attorneys, understanding the psychological, cognitive, and relational aspects of aging is essential for effective advocacy and sustainable professional practice.
In this two-hour CLE, Licensed Professional Counselor Elly Sanchez will draw on more than 20 years of clinical and supervisory experience to provide attorneys with an accessible framework for understanding the impacts of aging. The session will explore the ways aging affects decision-making, communication, and relationships, and how these changes may intersect with legal representation.
