Our 12th annual CLC Book Award Celebration will be held Friday, October 4th at the Hotel Gunter Ballroom in Frostburg!
The CLC Book Award is an award given to a children's picture book which most embodies the attributes of: Compassion, Love, or Courage. This year’s winner is the book How to Send a Hug by Hayley Rocco! ?❤️
? 5:30pm cash bar

? 6:00pm Dinner
