Clayton County Emergency Rental Assistance - Landlord Luncheon

You are invited to attend the Clayton County Landlord Lunch sponsored by the Georgia Micro Enterprise Network, GMEN. GMEN was selected to serve as the Emergency Rental Assistance Program 1, ERAP1, Manager for Clayton County in June, 2022.

We welcome you to bring your list of tenants who may need assistance from the program and join us for lunch as we introduce the GMEN Clayton County ERAP Team. We would like your partnership in streamlining past rental payments that are due to you from tenants in Clayton County, GA. We will explain the full process and give you the opportunity to register for assistance at the luncheon. We would like to further partner with you to bring our registration services to your property, located in Clayton County, for on-sight outreach. If you'll provide the location, we'll provide the Team!
