Cost: $10 class fee + $45 project fee . If you are making a custom project they are priced at $45 if no larger than 6", $55 if no larger than 8", or $70 if no larger than 12"This two hour workshop is your chance to build with clay!
Mynette will demonstrate how to make your very own paint palette or your very own jewelry dish. Your palette will include a tray sectioned for colors and a small water cup. Those sectioned areas and small cup are great for jewelry - your choice how you use it! Building with earthenware clay will mean your project can painted with your own designs when you return to paint them.
No experience? No problem! You'll follow step-by-step instruction to create the themed project. If you're more experienced with clay, you're welcome to use the session to hand-build your own project.
The turnaround time for the first firing on clay projects is typically 3 weeks, but can vary depending on the project. You will be contacted by text when your piece is ready to be glazed. There is no additional cost for the visit where you paint your project. A reservation is recommended to ensure space is available for you.
This project is designed for those 16 and up.
