This class is geared toward homeschool students ages 12+. This is a 4 week, 1.5 hours per week class with 1/2 hour afterward for clean-up.H omeschool teen throwing class! During this four-week class, Rachel will introduce clay basics Wednesdays, from 2-3:30 pm, (with 30 minutes allotted afterward for cleanup).
These classes introduce teens to the wonderful medium of clay and the pottery wheel. This class is focused on the process of throwing clay on the pottery wheel. The first three classes will be on the wheel, the last class will be for glazing pieces.
No Class April 20th!
Pieces will be glazed and fired, and available for pick up within two weeks of the end of class. Makeup classes will be available with approval. All materials and tools included. Please wear clothes that can be washed, clip long nails, tie back long hair, and bring a towel or apron.

This class requires 2 students to "make." If there is enough interest, this class will be repeated, and students will be able to continue progressing at their own pace, while new students may join the next session.
